It quickly became the top viewed video in the world on this topic and had 2.4 million views as of May 2021. Group Therapy is a short documentary I made in 2013 while I was a member at CrossFit Optimum Performance in Vancouver. Great people and a lot of fun and learning making the film. Received a Royal Reel Award at the Canada International Film Festival in 2014.
